FB peer pressure has got the better of me. I have sought Bob's* assistance with both The Walking Dead AND Game of Thrones. So far TWD looks OK. Haven't had a chance yet to look at GoT.

Is it fair to say GoT is a bit Lord of the Rings-ish?

Must admit, I haven't gone near Rame Of Thrones, but The Ralking Dead is a bloody clincher from start to finish. Excellent viewing.

Damn, what a top shelf show GoT is!! Watched the first two eps of S1 last night. Looking forward to a few more tonight.

I want to poke that little prick Joffrey's eyes out. Hopefully Arya does it at some point. But I assume he will be one of the easy to hate villains throughout the show. And his Mum (Sarah Connor) is a right bitch as well. Then again you'd have to be a bit twisted to bonk your own brother.

I don't get Showcase in my Foxy subscription so thank goodness for Bob*.

Okay, with you now. The good news is that the series gets a lot better from here.

Excellent story telling. It's my type of story. Listening closely to every snippet to piece together the backstory.

Must cost a bomb to make.

The books are even more complicated. The backstory is immense.
