Apparently there will be an inspection at 6am, which suggests they're just going to confirm that the ground is too wet, and Australia can get the bus early to their next venue.

Confirmed start of 11.30 with the requisite fifty overs still to be bowled. Amazed they're getting a start, I've been to Ireland twice - north and south and have never had a day when it hasn't rained yet!!
