Accadacca classic added to National Archive
Long way to the shop if you wanna sausage roll
"AC/DC's It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll) is among this year's additions to the National Film and Sound Archive's sound registry."
...
"Archive senior curator Matthew Davies says the registry aims to preserve famous sounds with historical or social significance.
"Sound always has the ability to invoke our memory, so when you play a recording, it has the sense of the time and place where it was made," he said."

Re: Accadacca classic added to National Archive
I played it for my now 24 year old daughter (a few years back when she was less worldly), and her reaction was "meh, call yourself music". I nearly slapped her.
Amazing how 3 simple chords can be so infectious.
