I thought it had been more than 24 hours. When there isn't a headline today, you just know there will be one tomorrow. Soon these incidents will cease to be newsworthy at all.

Apparently there were three gunmen, who fled the scene in a black SUV. This wasn't your typical nutcase. This seems to have been a well-planned thing. God knows what their motive is shooting up a medical centre that specialises in services for people with disabilities....

Black SUV has been found & occupants involved in a shootout with police. One shooter reported as dead & possibly one still in the SUV. Whereabouts of the third gunman is unknown.

Seems unlikely that it was a spur of the moment decision made in anger to kill everyone after an argument at a christmas party. I mean, the guy had a a girlfriend at home seemingly willing to just hop in the car at his request, dress in combat gear, and head over to the office to shoot some colleagues without questioning it. He also had a stash of of M16s and it's rumoured a pipe bomb, and you don't just have that lying around unless you've pre-meditated something like this.

Or maybe in America you do?
