10.6 Kaul to Doolan, 2 runs, pulled to deep extra cover
Seems to be a strange game over there.

I see India has got a Mohammed Shami playing for them.
He was probably recruited from Edinburgh.

To be 8 down against this attack? Shami and Unnadkat are okay, but Binny is a proper dobber. Dhawan getting 2, seriously?

So Glenn Maxwell, swinging from the hip, makes a century off 66 balls. Everyone is a slogger these days.

He finished 145 not out off 79 balls. AusA 8/298
It seems they are all eye, no technique.
I just want to see a "real" batsman showing some promise.

Because near-150 isn't promise?
The ODI team has just found a middle order batsman for the next decade.
Oh and lol at Cummins playing. So much for him taking it easy til the SS

You have read that back to front. Maxwell has promise as a limited overs slogger but he is not a "real" batsman with a decent technique & the application to succeed as a test batsman. He is already a regular in the national limited overs teams. I'm saying that if someone makes 145, I would hope that it is someone who could succeed in the test team in the future. We already have a stack of batsmen who rely on their "eye".

Someone scored 145 in a limited over game. I don't see how that should be something to be complained about. I don't get it, would you have preferred it if he scored 70 off 150 balls?

So the pop gun attack collapsing was the difference. Not that it was a surprise that they'd be shit.

Pretty close game in the end. No Show finally turned up i see. I bet he can't repeat it again in this series. Maddison has been the only consistant scorer on tour so far.

Looks like Coulter-Nile was by far the best bowler on either side. He's an ODI prospect too.

Re: Australia 'A' vs. India 'A+'
You were complaining about someone making 145 in a limited over match and trying to apply it to a Test match. That's disingenuous.
