Re: Davis Cup
I love how it's public knowledge that he wishes it was officially Scotland as opposed to GB. I wonder how many matches English players have won on our run to the final.
Would not surprise me if it's none but I'm guessing someone fluked a match or two against one of the lesser nations.
Still, amazing to have made it, first GB Davis Cup final in my life time.
It's on clay though and it's an away tie, the last few home ties have been such an advantage, hopefully we (Murray) can go all the way.

Didn't even know Andy Murray had a brother. What's his ranking?

He's only Scottish when he loses.
I thought that. Then I saw the match report yesterday mentioning 'the Scot' and thought our marvellous press have turned over a new leaf.

So by definition Australia can't beat a Scot?

To be more precise, Murray, A defeated Australia.
With Murray, J on court just to make up the numbers.

Aye, was a bit harsh on a player that has reached the mens' doubles final at the last 2 slams.

I could only go on the fact that, from what I saw of it, a fair number of Jay's missed smashes, wides and nets generally were making A silent-roar like a Scottish lion.
But not in a good way.
Maybe he was just a bit overAed.
