Test cricket is always capable of throwing up all manner of twists and turns. This series is no different.

The Windies have won the toss & sent Pakistan in.

Same team for Windies  but Pakistan have made 2 changes - Hasan Ali (for Shadab Khan) & Shan Masood (for Ahmed Shehzad). Apparently Ahmed Shehzad is suffering from sea sickness. Was this anything to do with Steve Smith?

Oh dear Ganjas. Send the Wackies in and see then reach 1-121 half way through the day.

So rain took a quarter of the day. WI were probably grateful for that in the end.

Stans are well placed, but will need to up the pace, if the weather is to be a factor.

After 2 hours, finally something happened aside from the Younis dismissal.

Most interesting part of this match is the ad breaks. Misbah was 1 off 51 balls.

Miserable has set himself for a farewell ton.

Holder gets 2 in 2 to have the Ganjas fighting back.

WI will be annoyed at the 50+ run tail wag.

I'll say it. Outright boring match so far. Even if it ends up being a fantastic finale, it begs the question if a spectator has to sit through a ponderous first two-three days.

And Azhar ALi is Misbah's successor. Pakistan will continue to be dour and defensive.

Yeah, hard to understand Misbah's 1 off 52 start. Before the series the Wackies were talking up their chances of overcoming the "never won a series in the Windies" hoodoo, yet they bat like drying paint for 2 days.

It'd be ironic if WI make 550 (yes they'd have to skate from here) and roll the Wackies for 100 in the final session and a half.

Not sure about it being 'ironic'; but I hope that's exactly what happens.

The West Indies batting well enough today/tomorrow to gain a lead would probably be enough to ensure that they halve the series, which would be some sort of triumph for their troubled Test side.

Pakistan's batting over the first two days was enough to convince me that they do not deserve to win.

Kieran Powell - another start & yet again he doesn't get to fifty.
