Re: Sheffield Shield 2022-2023
Vix have a very young squad bar Dutchy2, Harris and Dean who prolly won’t play.
Sutherland * is captaining the Vix. I never thought he’d make it as a Shield cricketer but he has been good with the ball and more than handy with the bat.
* yep son of… I am really trying to stop my bias showing.

H
Bills send Vix in. Stumps Vix 6/281, so pretty even. Pitch greenish but good bounce and movement. Good ton to Harris and support from Chandrasinghe and Kellaway.

Harris gives the middle finger to the NSP with a good Shield ton.

Re: Sheffield Shield 2022-2023
Looks like a rather benign SCG wicket for Spivs vs Tozzies.
NSW won the toss and batted 216/2 (Dhughes 121*)
Wozzies 71/7 after Deadbacks posted 438/7(dec)

Re: Sheffield Shield 2022-2023
Poor little Sammy. Given out to another ridiculous LBW decision. It's amazing they even bothered appealing. That is probably the end of his Shield career. He is arguably the best batsman in Australia, maybe the World. It is a sad day.

Aye Wally. He was gunned. Best slipper around not called Renshaw or Sneaky Pete as well.
Reckon he’ll get another go.
Pitch has been lively with lots of bounce and plenty of movement.
Neser did not get the figures today but has been a class act. Coaches Rogers and Griffith would have had the young Vic quicks watching him closely. Surely Bailey sends him to India?
Flipped over to watch the Jellies quicks go through the vaunted Wozzies like a dose of the clap in a Port brothel.

Nice work from Dan Hughes.
Meanwhile at the AO, WTF is a Daniel Drew??
And yes, Truloff's lbw decision was abominable.

Good win for the Vix
Spivs flogging the Tozzies. Lardy, is Bird injured?
Wozzies an outside chance of chasing down a big target. Bancroft is batting well.

Re: Sheffield Shield 2022-2023
Wow..(W) Australia C flogged in the end by 164 runs. And by the Jellies at that!
Tozzies in big strife, with a rare win in the offing for NSW.
A round where the three underdogs have surprised the hot favourites.
