A lot of folk would be concerned that this could result in a woof or even a double woof. But not horrie. That is why I admire him so much.

I was only thinking that Spencer Johnson might become a decent Sheffield Shield bowler. He would need to continue taking truckloads of wickets before I'd mention him as a contender for a spot in the test team.

There was a New Zealander named Spencer Noel McGregor. However, he preferred to be known as "Noel".

Played for the Kiwis in 25 tests between 1955 & 1965 but could only score 892 runs at 19.82. The highlight was 111 in Pakistan. McGregor also played in the game where the team made 26.

Shaun Marsh has retired after a fine career somewhat cruelled by injuries.

These last games and what’s left of the Fourth Test will determine the last few places on the Ashes tour. I’m not sure we’ll take 17; more likely I think just 15 or 16, with ready reserves playing County.
