Leo - the big reaction was to his statement that some portion of the cabinet didn't understand a fundamental aspect of Work Choices.

Umm... yeah. I get that. I guess I'm saying I don't find that terribly shocking - some cabinet ministers have difficulty grasping policy issues within their portfolio, much less outside it.
