Aye ... and to think I sat and listen to that garbage thinking that any moment now these clowns are going to say something sensible.
Wrong! They both fed off each other, so much so, they made the Monty Python parrot sketch seem positively irksome .

Breaking news - Flower is out injured.
Probably going to be crucial. The batsmen will struggle now.

Its not going to be a doddle, the shorter format is a good leveller.
If he's here he should play. We may well need him!

Pft, doddle.
No way we'll be needing tacs 'disinterested' thread

England team is
Maddy, Prior, Wright, Pietersen, Collingwood, Flintoff, Shah, Mascarenhas,
Schofield, Broad, Anderson.
FFS - why is Prior opening when Wright does it for Sussex?
FFS, Schofield...
Doomed

From Cricinfo:
12.45pm Good afternoon and welcome to our coverage of England against Zimbabwe from Cape Town. It's bright and sunny and the teams are out warming up. It's hard to tell how hungover the Zimbabweans are ... in the England camp Chris Schofield is bowling plenty of long hops in the nets.
It's the last line that is a bit worrying

Cor there are some bangers there though. Can't see too much wrong with Prior up top, he's simply got to throw the bat from the off, no crabbing himself in. Bang, bang, next. S'how T20 should be.
Re: Eng v Zim, T20 WC, Cape Town, 13th September
England win toss and bat.
Think i'd have rather put them in tbh.
Their dwayne dibbley type of bowling always causes us strife

I called that a few days back. I knew they'd stick baldy in there opening and using great logic have the guy called up especially to exploit the first 6 overs not even batting in them to start with.
Even I couldn't foresee Schofield though, is this some sick joke? Do the Zimbo's have a weakness against long hops?
I guess at least he's a good fielder. Barring Prior and Shah its an excellent fielding team.
Re: Eng v Zim, T20 WC, Cape Town, 13th September
Just looks a decent T20 outfit. Compact bowling for the most part, good options if the sh!t hits the fan, good fielding unit and good powerful batting.
Now watch us get 60ao, drop 5 catches in Zim's chase of 4 overs.

So it's official that Schofield has to have the FFS suffix?

Your having a larf!
FFS of course Schofield gets an FFS tag, he is the epitomy of FFS.
Snape's not playing. Mistake! Apart from his bowling the man is a T20 tactical genius!

How AGBB do you think we should go? Haven't seen the pitch, don't know a good score... same one as yesterday. 150 was probably par there overall.
