The many Dr Who fans on this site will be sad to hear that Tristram Cary, the composer of the Dr Who theme has died in Adelaide aged 82.

Yeah...looks like the HS got it slightly wrong. Cary wrote much of the incidental music for the original series but not the theme it seems.
