Don't even think it.
LLL will have his sexual healing ....
Vaughan WILL survive.
Silk tongue, talks a big positive game and will not admit to having lost it.
He's focused on captaining Ashes 2009 and unless he's sacked ... he will not leave the job
because as he has often milked the line ... "I have a job to do, and it's not done yet".
If only Miller had the balls to say -
'Your job's done, son - now f**k off back to Yorkshire.'
Wishful thinking .........

Clearly you've been away awhile bender, and have missed the main gist of my
several unpopular anti-Vaughan propoganda quips!
Vawn is on record as saying that he saw himself as captain for Ashes '09 - and that was pre the NZ tour!
I therefore genuinely believed that Vawn was far too self-centred (and protected by his core of
in-camp Team England supporters) to walk away from the captaincy - and as such, he needed to be push.
I'm just glad he did the correct thing and resigned.

I've read each and every one of them, along with the thousands of others contributed by various posters - by pretty well everyone except Laura, in fact.
But it was still a boody rank call. Can't you just admit you got it totally and asolutely wrong, and leave it at that? Happens to all of us.

Sure I admit it - and why not!
FFS, My getting it "right" or "wrong" is of no consequence whatsoever.
I'm not in Vaughan's head - and at the end of the day, it matters not a jot.
He did the right thing by resigning, whilst I remain convinced that it would just have
been a matter of time before the pressure on the selectors might have forced their hand anyway.
His resignation avoided the ignominy of his probable removal from the job.
What is important, however, is that the end result was achieved, hopefully now to the
benefit of future England performances.

Did it take you ten paragraphs to say 'I do, but . . . ' when you got married?
