Point 2, if Ganguly was wasting time - well, good for him. If your team is fighting for a draw and you are hurrying through the game then you're a bloody idiot. I don't recall Tugga Waugh rushing anything in Sydney in 2004.

Any journalist who has difficulty with these points is also a bloody idiot, and should be ignored.

I no fan of Gangles. He's a goose. However, Brendan Julian proved himself a graceless twat in the seconds following G's 7000 run mark by making an odious comparison to Bradman. Gavaskar did brilliantly well to restrain himself.

That's actually a good article mostly. Also

is a bit misleading I think. His stint at Glamorgan didn't seem to have any problems like the one at Lancashire.
