Here's a little serious one:
When(if really but let's all be wishful thinkers together) Flintoff returns fit, who goes? Sidey looks good as does Broad, but Jimmikins is our spearhead and generally our best ODI bowler. Therefore, is it one of the batsmen that goes or one of the mentioned farquars?

He is a shot to ribbons batsman though. Still, if we're wishful thinking then he wont be. Which I suppose is fair enough. He was a top ODI batsman for a while so we'd be getting some genuine all-round quality. He'd probably make us a good side.
Re: Sri Lanka v England, 4th ODI, Colombo, 10th Oct
If he can consistently get back on the park rather than this stop start carp, then his batting will have a better chance of getting back to some sort of form

Aye. Oh for the free and easy batsman of 2003-04. He just swung away to brilliant effect.

Tharedga edges one and gets caught? Surely it should've squirted over slip/past gully for 4?
Re: Sri Lanka v England, 4th ODI, Colombo, 10th Oct
Jiminy gets his first wicket of the tour, although KP (FFS! who else) nearly floored it.

Decent slower ball apparently. Good thinking Jim. Unlucky all tour really.

Were Fred to come back, you'd have to say on present form, Cook or Bell would Go.....

Nothing in this pitch at all swing wise, just our bowling has been so damn accurate.
Nothing like the dross weasels we selected in that home 0-5 series...

Pietersen can't do anything without making a drama out of it.
