FFS! Just make it illegal for anyone on the fielding side to open his mouth from the start of the bowlers run-up until the ball is called dead, with the exception of fielding instructions once the ball has been hit.

Shouldn't be a problem if people talk when the bowler is running up. The batsman just pulls away. Do it a couple of times and the umpires soon tell the fielders to shut up.

As much as I look down on sledging- I absolutely demand that the Aussies continue to practice it. It's what they do- it makes them them and us us- it would be a hollow victory if we beat the an Aussie side unable to display their natural behaviour.
