45.6 Harris to Blackwell...BOWLED. All over. Nothing more to say. Blackwell is trudging back to the pavvy.

Danish Kaneria would give him a spot of bother, I reckon.

Maybe, but he can only bowl so much and from only one end (assuming in this hypothetical situation, the rules of cricket weren't changed).

If the match was played in Cardiff or Old Trafford, Kaneria might be in for a good shout against the power house batting order.
Although, trying to remove the likes of Trott and ChanderWall, is probably a bowlers nightmare.

OK, OK... he's no Luke 78MPH-trundler -I'll-bully-the-shit-out-of-early-season-conditions-on-a-bowler's-paradise Fletcher. I'm sorry.
Finn will make the England the England side before Woakes
Fletcher? I think Carter has got more about him - certainly more pace

Less of the "sunshine" business. I know it won't happen.

Re: Championship Div 1 XI vs Championship Div 2 XI, Lords, 24-27
Of batsmen with over 407 runs, he has the fifth highest average in Div One. The guy with 407 runs (@ 80-odd) is David Hussey, who would obviously get in my team every time if he were a regular 'cause he's God II. So, hardly a token choice. Adam Voges is probably the best batsman I've seen this year, the problem is he likes getting out between 50 and 99 which is why he has a shedload of 50s for us and only 1 ton.
You can see when he bats why he's kept around the Australia side despite a bit of a wanky fc record. Looks a much better player than most of the English bats I've seen this year, be it Hildreth, Fatel, whoever. Only three guys have stood out who are England-qualified batting-wise; Tresco, Trott and Davies (whose keeping was shite).
As for bowlers, Naqaash Tahir surprised me a lot. Troubled every batsman apart from God and must have some decent figures this year.
Warwickshire have got a really good attack, btw, they might challenge next year.

Fantasy cricket on speed, this.
123.5 Harris to Mahmood (S). SIX!! And wow, he tanks him way over his head and clean over the stand there. Alberto Trott, eat your sadly underrecognised heart out!!
Smerky - was simply attempting to be droll. Not troll. Don't take forum dissing to heart

Always thought Tahir 'has it'. Just that Warks wouldn't pick him, then he turned into a piss-lemon. At least he's coming to the party four years later. Better than never.
