And the Bengals are on the way out the door, to the surprise of nobody. Two missed field goals in the match.

Predictable result, with the way the Bungles have faded towards the end of the season, though the performance of the Jets QB wasn't so predictable. He was supposedly their weak link, so they could go all the way if he carries on like that.

Re: 2010 NFL Playoffs
Jets will be the fourth-best AFC team left standing after this week.
It's the battle of the Aussie punters in the NFC now, Sav Rocca for Philly and Mat McBriar for Dallas. For Arizona tomorrow, Ben Graham will be punting.

And Philly look like they really don't know how to play the game. Dallas all over them, 24-7 up 1:55 to half time. That means in almost 10 quarters of football between these teams this year, Philly has managed just 2 TDs.

Good. I met Mark Sanchez last year and he seemed a thoroughly decent person, unlike most of the footballers we have here. Hope the Jets can make it all the way.
Re: 2010 NFL Playoffs
The Patriots' underwhelming season looks like drawing to a close. Gave up 3 TDs in the first quarter v Baltimore FFS.

And CBS just saying it's the Pats' first home playoff loss since 1978.

I'm partially comforted by the fact Colt was taken out early. Still doesn't stop the pain of blowing a motza for the second year in a row on the Heissman/NC double.
The draft next year should be interesting with so many awesome college players stepping up at the same time.

Colt went in a legitimate tackle, that's sport for you.
Speaking of Colt will be interesting to see where he ends up in the draft, have a sneaking suspicion mid/late first round.

One of the QBs should go No.1(Rams) and another No.6 (Skins) The teams in between are more after defense.
Sam if he decides to enter or the Notre Dame QB.
Colt seems more complete than either though.

Re: 2010 NFL Playoffs
This week, Baltimore visit Indianapolis. The Colts were the Baltimore Colts for a while. Should be plenty of feeling.
The Jets probably have the hardest task, travelling to San Diego.

In the NFC, Dallas travels to Minnesota to take on the ageless Favre, while New Orleans will be hoping to return to their early-season form when Arizona arrives there.

Arizona showing about as much in defence as they did against Green Bay last week. Unfortunately for AZ, they're not showing anywhere near the same offence. New Orleans 14-7 up and in possession, 3 minutes to go in the first quarter.

Make that 21-7 with 2:31 to go in the first. And doing it easy.

Just have a question over the injury proneness of Colt, may knock him down a few spots in the draft

Re: 2010 NFL Playoffs
I would have thought Sam sitting out most of the season would be more of a worry for recruiters. Colt played and won more games than nay other qb in history. Though the extended seasons and being a redshirt woul've helped that stat.
Regardless I think with Tebow and McCoy out of the way Sam might opt for another season, so the Notre Dame QB to go first AND Colt to go to the Skins.

83 yard punt return TD by Reggie Bush surely wraps it up for the Saints now.
