Dale Steyn
Fantastic performance again today. He looks like a class act, he's got a lovely action. Future of SA bowling if he stays fit.

Re: Dale Steyn
He got some lucky wickets from poor shots today, but they all count. He has a large nose though, which could prove a hindrance later in his career.

Re: Dale Steyn
He and Morne Morkel are the two most promising young fast bowlers in the world today, I think. Here's hoping they don't form a new-ball pair till after they leave our shores in 2008.

Yeah deffo.
They look spot on. Wish they were English. Steyn's action is the model of Allan Donald's. Rated him when he played England, was a little wayward but dismissed Tres and Mick with beauties. Considering he'd only played 7 FC matches I thought they had a rough diamond.

Stuart Broad and Jerome Taylor are up there as well.

Re: Dale Steyn
Ha ha, Stuey-Poo................
I can just see the end of the England/SA Test - the two teams are downing a few jugs together, talking shit and slapping each other on the back, while in the corner Stuey-Poo and AB are tucking into their chicken nuggets Happy Meals and strawberry milkshakes, busily scribbling in their Rupert the Bear colouring-in books, doing their best to stay in the lines.
A Kodak moment if ever there was one.

Re: Dale Steyn
Steyn was the most embarrasing overseas player Essex have fielded. Went at 5 an over everytime he played.
Obviously he's kicked on since then!!!!

Fixed. Thought about striking out RP Singh and Rampaul, but haven't seen much of Rampaul and I'm very undecided about RP.

Panesar clearly not one for the future? or is that he is currently good enough?
Deidre has quickly been swept off the list.

He's done well to overcome the obvious adversity he's suffered from having a name like "Dale".
