Gambhir is surely out now, Vijay to open in his place.

Gambhir and Yuvraj both out. Vijay and Raina FFS to play.

Now Yuvraj is out too. And whats more the mighty FTB is set to replace him and make his test debut.

Whatever one says about Yuvraj's credentials in test cricket, but surely Yuvraj>>>>>>>>>>>>FTB.

Why the hell do we take so many unfit players on tour? Gambhir especially is a serial offender in this regard, at least for last few months. He should be dropped from the team for next few months till he completely sorts his fitness out.

And then people question fab-3's fitness? At least, they don't miss a game in between an important series due to fitness issues, something which 'young' players look very capable of.

To make matters worse, SL haven't lost a test at SSC for 6 years now and just twice during last decade or so.

Last time India won a test here was way back in '93.

So all in all, a very daunting task for India even in the absence of the 2 Ms.

Yuvraj missing the game due to a fever is a bit soft. Hasn't he heard of cold and flu tablets?

Yuvraj was never cut out for test cricket. He just isn't made for test cricket. He is way way too soft.

Stupid Dhoni again loses the toss and predictably SL are batting first.

So another loss for us.

What pisspoor team we've got apart from fab-3 and Sehwag.

SL replaces its entire bowling attack even after getting India out cheaply in both innings of the last test, but we, despite conceding so many in both innings, couldn't replace even 1 bowler. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic team selection this.

No wonder we're down in the dumps in this series.

The worst part is that we're giving chances after chances to such a soft hearted cricketer and yet completely ignoring someone like Pujara for 3 years now.

I know that Pujara may not exactly set the world on fire with his batting but still Yuvraj in a test team ahead of Pujara or even Rahane?

He is being preserved from getting injured. As per SL he can't be risked to play 2 consecutive tests.

This could be match were one side looks to score 800 and the other responds with 750.
