anyone who saw the game - did the paksters seem to be bowling a long way behind the crease? i can imagine the bowlers being terrified

also, when the next pakistani no-ball happens, will we see a collective groan from the crowd and tears from the bowler?

Particularly the one he threw over the boundary, and the dropped catch.
