John Crawley??? Bwahahahahahaha.
The little cheating grub is entitled to his opinion but that's just embarrassing.
And there was never any doubt that L >>> T.

Honsetly, since when have Melody Maker's views on anything besides music been worth remarking on?

Re: MM says L>>T
Crawley's international career was so memorable that I had completely forgotten him.
I doubt if Mrs Creepy ever rated him as highly as MM obviouisly does. Maybe Chuckles made some god-awful c*ck-up at practice and his shot-put hit him on the scone when he wasn't wearing a helmet.

Robert Pires is "not aware" of any interest from Blue Square Bet Premier side Crawley Town, according to a spokesman for the midfielder.

Didn't Chuck average 100 in Australia for Sri Lanka?
Must have bowled a lot of wides and no balls then.

Someone tell me he's kidding. IDGAF that he hasn't named any Aussies in his top ten, but to include Mohammad Azharuddin, Salim Malik, and Hansie Cronje, all of whom went down for match-fixing borders on ludicrous.
And the real story was missed by the writer:
And the real story was missed by the writer:
Murali said Warne was the superior bowler as wrist spinning was a more difficult art to perfect.
“We were neck and neck on the Test table for years,” he said. “But I always felt Warnie was better as leg spin is so difficult. Your shoulder has to rotate more and for Shane to survive as long as he did was a tribute not only to his ability, but his tremendous stamina and competitiveness. He’s the No.1, not me!”

so what? they were still good batsmen(especially Malik and Azhar)
N Sidhu is an excellent pick because he was probably one of the top 3 players of off spin that i have ever seen. I am guessing he just forgot about Saeed Anwar because Murali has always rated him(Anwar) very very highly.
