Some have a very regional/ local culture context, others are just funny.

Afraid, I can't translate them without it becoming a pointless exercise.

A half ar$ed explanation would be: Think of Australian cricket ads poking fun at the common cultural/ regional motifs of your various regions/ states. Qbanjos, Billies, Tozzies, Wozzies, etc.

The Chennai superstars one is very good. It makes fun of the film stars down south and their 'superpowers'.

The Chandigarh one is about 'playing with your heart'. Don't have much of a grasp of Punjabi, but think that's about a fair translation.
