Couldn't find the thread where their exclusion from the event was originally discussed in quite some depth.

It's not all good news, it's still the greedy ten nations at the big table who will make the decision, but the backlash from around the world seems to have hit home. It will be discussed at the ICC junket in Hong Kong which starts tomorrow.

I hope common sense prevails. Which means of course it won't.
