FFS. And you just know their players will choose the IPL as well. So there goes any chance of a full strength Windies team playing Aus and then touring England.
Effectively, every IPL clashes with the Windies home season. It's a disgrace, and is destroying West Indies cricket.
And this will be the LONGEST IPL ever. Haven't the c*nts at the BCCI realised that attendances have been in a gradual decline since the first edition in 2008?
I can't wait until the bubble bursts, hopefully creating a big fat mess, and several high profile scalps.

Re: 2012 IPL will clash with West Indies fixtures
How long before the IPL becomes a year-round tournament?
I say by 2015. Or, you could say that it almost is already, if you count Australia's BBL as well. IPL from March until May, Champions League in September and October, then the BBL from December until February.
That's eight months in a year of T20 sh*t that players from the poorer cricketing nations will probably choose over national duties. FFS.

I think 3 weeks would be quite fine. But then BCCI's greed sees no bounds.
