Why are my toes constantly cold?

Bad circulation probably, but it's f**king annoying.

I'm not anticipating this thread to be a classic, but it will make 2 pages even if I have to post every reply myself.

Well, ye-haw, it's your circulation. It's poor. Also, did you notice it's cold outside? Some of the shoes you wear could be good conductors for cold absence of heat. You could have a 'build up' of cold in your toes.

My suggestions?

If you're not getting enough exercise, then get some. If you are and you want to go down the supplement route I'd suggest gingko biloba, hawthorn, cod liver oil or glucosamine sulphate.

If you want to introduce foods in your diet, I may suggest beetroot, cayenne pepper( big style), garlic, possibly niacin rich foods like bran, beef, peanuts, turkey (whoa, sh!t, how seasonal!!).

Are you a smoker, vilks (nicotine or weed)? My old man was a chronic smoker and always suffered bad circulation. His toes and fingers used to kill him in winter.

Have you seen what happens if you take them out of the freezer?

get some little hotties or similar, and wear them in your shoes.

Wear hiking or ski socks.

Stop walking around bare footed.

Get a lady willing to suck your toes.

You might have the same problem as I once did. I bought some foldable shoes from www.foldableshoes.com & when I folded them it cut off the circulation to my toes.

Think yourself lucky you have still got your toes.
