How did Harmi do in the 2nd test?
I was on a residential course and couldn't follow it.
Raw figures suggest that he was tidy on a track that doesn't suit him. I've been saying for a long time that he's a better 3rd seamer than strike bowler. It takes the mental pressure off him and he relaxes and bowls accurately.
Or did SL just not bother to attack him?
Opinions?

He kept running in. His action seemed to be in pretty good order and he seemed to know where each ball was going. I said at the time that it was the most whole hearted display i've ever seen him give in an England shirt considering the conditions.

I'm glad.
Assuming Fred comes back I think the attack should be:
Hoggard & Fred opening (latter in 6 over bursts only)
Harmi first change
SiBo or Broad second change.

No wides and only one no-ball I think: too early to predict the second coming, but not the worst comeback.

He has seemed to have won over Bob Willis.

Fully agree he shouldn't be allowed a new ball again. Has nothing like the accuracy required and especially struggles to pitch it up. Still think Tremlett should own the Harmison spot but you have to say he did just fine in the last test.
