Some bad wind in Perth
Wozzie dogs blown off leashes
"Heavy rain and winds of up to 140km/h whipped WA's southwest coast yesterday, causing unprecedented damage to the electricity network, uprooting trees and ripping a circus tent in Busselton from the ground, Perth Now reported.
The most severely affected area spanned from the south metropolitan area to Margaret River, with the strongest wind gusts - consistent with a category two cyclone - recorded at Cape Naturaliste.
MORE wild weather is forecast for the southern half of Western Australia as efforts continue to restore power to hospitals and more than 110,000 homes."

Any damage in your neck of the woods, A?

Re: Some bad wind in Perth
Meanwhile, it's absolutely pissing it down in Sydney. I was woken up last night by the rain pounding the roof of my building.
Is it my imagination, or does there seem to be more rain in general worldwide these days?

It's your imagination. There can't be MORE rain, just ask Tim Flannery. Our dams would never be full again, according to that farkwit.Henry wrote:Is it my imagination, or does there seem to be more rain in general worldwide these days?

I too thought this thread would be about embee blowing off after a few celebratory beers following Fremantle's win over Ninthmond.
