Oh my God. You really do wonder what the selectors are thinking at times. He was rubbish for England, and now he's even rubbish at County level. Of course, it's most likely he wont be in the final squad, but surely there is someone more likely who could have taken his place.

Have you noticed how many spinners? I mean, yeah it's Sri Lanka, but how many will we take? Batty, Borthwick, Briggs, Croft, Patel), Swann, Tredwell... ok half or more can be labelled 'spinner' but still...
