Says it all really.

Not a flounce, just decided that with increasing demands of work, and decreasing enjoyment of this place (I've found myself saying the same things over and over, and the thirty or so regular contributors do mostly the same thing. And there's less cricket discussion than ever before) I'm drawing stumps and declaring the game over.

I'm pretty sure he won't be back - I thought he might have held out for the Ashes x 2 next year, but he's decided to go early.

I guess you can never say never. If he does return, I wonder what new ID he will use?

As depressing as it is to say, after 13 years, this forum in it's various forms over the years has become a part of my life. I don't think I'll ever walk away from it unless it gets completely sh*t and there ends up being only a couple of posters left.
