Due to the heat, they play them completely in after dark hours. The games finish at around 1.30 am Middle East time, hence the "two day" length.

Aye.
I am not convinced that Wade is a long term prospect in national colours.

Of Australia's first 30 runs, Warner has exactly 0*.

Wade & Warner were abysmal. D Hussey fails again. I bet pup is now ruing the decision to leave X out again.

Apparently the dew is causing control problems for the bowlers. Aust has bowled nine wides so far. Of course, with Johnson bowling its hard to tell.

David Warner can't play spin.
That is all.

But he is allegedly working hard to overcome his blind spot to spin. I suggest a good start would be to actually watch the ball instead of wildly swinging with his eyes closed.

Whoa! Didn't know thsi had happened.
Bit of a backslide from Oz after the giant first step out in the desert.
Worrying that Clarke's best bowler appears to have been himself (?). And his most successful bat Muzzy - who was thought to be nearing the exit door.
Still, as we keep seeing lately, cricket is a game of quick turnarounds.
And one shower of snow doth not a winter make.

The top order was far too slow to build a reasonable total.

Except for the odd occasion where Warner has gone apeshit, this has been the case for a long time. Seems a long time ago that Gilly and MEW were getting us away to regular fast and large starts.

MTB was pretty good too. But Warner is a myth it seems.
