England have played very well so far, the catching in the last match was superb.

Gosh another one of these.
England now leads the tour 5-4, so if they win this in Morgan's eyes they've had a bloody successful tour.

Last match on the UAE/Abu Dhabi tour. Players come home before going out to Sri Lanka where the home side will have arrived back exhausted from the CB fixtures in Australia so should be an even contest.

Win toss.
Bat well, score big.
Stay as tight as gnats arses when bowling.
Win match.
Win series.
Piss off back home.

They've accomplished 1.5 orders - win toss, bat first.
Re: Pakistan v England, 3rd T20, Abu Dhabi, 27 February, 2012
It's going to be 2.5 without any effort, they are going to piss back home regardless of result.
Low bounce in the second over.

'Gut-wrenchingly mundane' is the phrase that, so far, comes into my head.
Re: Pakistan v England, 3rd T20, Abu Dhabi, 27 February, 2012
Morgan had to go, though Pietersen shat on him for that run.

Aye, was going to ask how many people has KP run out? Must be in double figures. If you combine that with the amount of overthrows he's caused and he's probably only about even with his run-making
Re: Pakistan v England, 3rd T20, Abu Dhabi, 27 February, 2012
And yet, that's better than Morgan.

Aye, he's shot to ribbons. TBH, I reckon a rest from the SL tour would do him good.

Can't say that a bowled wasn't coming. How many times has there been a bottom edge tonight?

Seems like a few from what I've read. Maybe 120 is a good score!
Re: Pakistan v England, 3rd T20, Abu Dhabi, 27 February, 2012
Aye, the bounce has been pretty low, it started in the second over. The ball's spinning as well.
Jos will come good now, though he's been a bit lost so far.
A couple of years ago, Morgan made a serious mark on Twenty20 internationals in Dubai. Unfortunate fall from grace for him.Brass Monkey wrote:Aye, he's shot to ribbons. TBH, I reckon a rest from the SL tour would do him good.

Buttler looked out of sorts today, against a top bowler though.

England just pressed the self destruct button.
Okay - that's 3 goes Buttler's had now ... so how many more??!
Clueless ... utterly clueless.
Be lucky if the target's 100 at this rate.

To be fair to Buttler, everyone bar Pietersen's been shite in this innings.

Interesting to see if KP carries his bat which is quite a feat in T20 where a side is not normally dismissed. Only been done once before by Chris Gayle against the Lankies at The Oval in 2009 with 63* out of 101.
