well of course it is getting to that dire time..new years eve...a time when the spivs believe they host the best test match at the best venue in the world

first off best new year wishes to all fb'ers

my cricket wishes include
Oz will not be flogged by the bannies or pomgolia
our quicks stay fit
pup continues his rich vein of form
lankans, windies and stannies improve
snoozies survive
poms will continue to select the chin and lady di
bernie is repaced as head of the Oz NSP with some bloke with a pulse
domestic cricket everywhere prospers
modi goes to gaol
T20 MODIs and T20 evaporate

my resolutions are to
watch more domestic cricket
help taips get over his nsr problem
promote a serious evaluation of the malaise that has gripped the worriers, jellies and spivs

My new year's resolution?

I will stop biting other people's nails after I am done biting mine.

I will start watching T20 cricket and IPL finally. New year resolutions are meant to be broken, though.

Be strong willed. IPL may be a bitter pill to swallow...

a belated wish for the Blankans to be competitive in Sydney....mebbe mumu and bazinga can come out of retirement to help fill the gaps

...also the final test of the summer would be made more interesting with a Colon Cowdrey type comeback from fatarjuna...for this test only the ICC would relax the rules on having a runner...but Oz would deny fatarjuna's call for a runner and give him lots of 3s
