SOO3 - Banjos v STrumpets
so who is going to win this damn thing???...who will be relegated to 2nd division?..but miraculously come back to play again next year?
...the loss of the Spiv Trumpet captain seems no real loss to the blues...Daly and Meninga have been playing mind games on the refs

Banjos will smash us good. We caught them on the hop in Game 1, but the Maroons class showed in Game 2, and will again in Game 3. I tip 'em to easily take their SoO run to 8 series in a row.
Of course, I hope for a miracle otherwise.

Three dropped balls to Jennings. Failed to scoop the ball up in the opposition 20.

Yup.
And that's the end of that. Toads too big, strong and classy against the rag tag Blues.
Congrats to my Banjo comrades.

Fark me Jennings is a piece of faeces.
The only time I liked him was when he ran 30 metres to punch Brent Tate in the head in last year's origin opener.

It's time to annex Queensland and steal their resources. It's the only sensible option.

Re: SOO3 - Banjos v STrumpets
But seriously, when did kicking penalty goals become something to be avoided?
It was fine passing on the first shot at goal, we were eight points behind and in attacking position for the first time.
But the other two times we turned down gift two points (especially the one two minutes before half time) had me screaming at the screen.
It's State of Origin. Points do not come easily. Take them when they come and back yourself to get down there again.

He had plenty of early speed but not a lot of stamina. His legs soon turned to jelly & he fell flat on his

Sage. You will score less regularly than one in three visits to the opposition quarter in SOO.

I have argued this for a long time...the banjos are a blight on Oz culture...they have pushed the country into being more red necked and mean spirited

Re: SOO3 - Banjos v STrumpets
Great result. Saw none of it but Mrs L tells me the better team won despite many attempts by the refs to get the Spivs up to the QLD score. Is this correct?
