There was no spirit of the game involved. Flintoff was simply consoling the man about having to go to Mark Nicholas' room because he lost. Look at the picture again.

Freddie has a good sense of humour.
Did anyone see him on the Jonathan Ross show the other night?

Unfortunately, speaking at public functions and on live tv shows could be Freddie's new career.

Have to say that I was a bit peeved that he showed absolutely no remorse for the pedelo incident. He seemed to think it was rather funny. Bit surprised about that.

We worship noodles? Could be with the 30 mill gods we have, or I have at least.

Fast bowler Craig McDermott was branded a white coward by the West Indies fast bowlers in 1991, but nothing was done about it.

Ian Healy's private diaries of the same tour recorded a hostile slips cordon bellowing lines to fast bowler Curtly Ambrose like, "C'mon, Amby, show them us niggers can play"

Wasn't McDermott the one that batted with a broken jaw? Can't remember.Anyway he may have been right in calling him a coward, and he just stated the obvious in calling him white. No denying he's white.
Not much was done about sledging in those days, which is why it got out of bounds(mainly by the Aussies)Now you are not allowed to use personal abuse or swear. It's all good.

It was Lawson who batted with a broken jaw ... and McCosker before that.

They weren't bad, for Honkies.
