Giles Clarke complains to Sky about Warnie being horrible about Cook

Could the ECB be more of a carnival of clowns? They now want their era of saccharine positivity and good vibes to spread to the Sky commentary box. What next, the print media? Will fans be turned away at the gate if they harbour misgivings about the direction the team is headed in?

Actually, that might not be so far fetched - Clarke has recently announced that English supporters need to "get over" the Pietersen thing and start backing the team.

Couldn't believe the story when I heard. Warnie's candour is sometimes a very good thing - such pathetic behaviour needs to be outed. Giles Clarke is a f*cking disgrace. There wasn't a good thing to say about England in the winter - we can't just make stuff up in some happy-clappy way - that's as bad as God-bothering. Jokers.
