Is probably India's immaturity as a nation. Accused of racism, found guilty of racism, collectively it's just not able to deal with it rationally.

Compare the two cases; Lehmann and Singh.

One admitted to his crime; one didn't.
One board upheld the ban applied; one threatened to cancel a tour, and got officials sacked.
One set of fans dealt with it with barely a murmur; one set of fans burnt effigies and carried on like pork chops.

One set of fans jumped in and endorsed the ban.

Why should Harbhajan admit to something that for all you and I Know, he didn't even do? No one FORCED Lehmann to admit what he said.

And LOL at the last part. We all remember the spats you and JC had over the Lehmann incident. You guys got through quite a few boxes of kleenex during that week.

this is something that can be reinforced in certain events.

Quite right, he should have denied everything, like Harby. then we could say no-one had any proof, for all we knew he hadn't said a thing, etc, etc.

Apparently the report already has. It appears that it basically boiled down to Procter feeling that the Indians were lying and the Aussies weren't. Justice at its best.

4 hours of it, I can't see a hearing lasting that long if there was nothing said ...

Interestingly enough, maybe its because the Indians lodged an appeal in the 24 hour period they are allowed and therefore the report does not get released until the appeal is heard?????

Gosh, I bet some people haven't even thought of that.
