There's a lot of tacit assumption in this implied consent debate.

But seriously I can see the point made by someone above that the legislation may be problematic. But taips, in the case of consent you can be a little bit pregnant.

btw: Entirely agree that posing for an individual (with or without misgivings, in a mad moment or with half-hearted consent - in any case, for an individual) is not a comparable act with being exposed as a trophy to the world.
