We've also lost Tim Partridge, bass player in just about every decent Australian band in the 70's, from Doug Parkinson through Ross Wilson, Rene Geyer band, The Mighty Kong, Kevin Borich Express, you name it. Hobart boy in many bands there as well ... I must have seen him play dozens of times.

I would love to see a study comparing the impact of falls from changing batteries in smoke alarms compared to impact from house fires..
