Curtly, Richie Richardson and ... I dunno, Marley?
AH ...
The captioning with "bumfire" gives a strange twist to the proceedings, though.

Well done. James and Robeson had similar politics. Robeson collaborated and starred in a play written by James in the mid 50s.

MCC, no idea, I Zingari and an English touring cap. Without knowing (b) taking a wild stab at (b) for both answers.
Could be a presentation cap of some sort.

Re: Quick Quizzes
OK. So without knowing (b), i"ll assume its the least offensive, so iz for answer 2.

Re: Quick Quizzes
Ow! Answering "B" for Q1 is like standing on a thorn:
that would leave you ... jarred in ... the foot.
In the language of hide-and-seek, you've "gone cold" on your second attempt.
Regarding "B":
The man who took the field in Brisbane in a cap something like the illustration below didn't get up Aussie noses.
Even though he was as successful as the one who certainly did, with "B".
And even though his headwear was the cap of the matching (ad hoc) team from "The Other Place" - which you might have thought would be as provocative to Aussie crowds.
But then, the cap below doesn't look quite so much like a fancy jester's cap.
Plus, I believe the guy who wore a cap like the one below didn't don that (non-standard) titfer quite so often ... or for that matter, have other crowd-maddening habits like the guy who was fond of sporting "B".
*sadly the reconstruction (from other evidence) offered below is not quite accurate. Reconstructed, because I couldn't find that one anywhere in colour.
Two problems with it:
i) The main part of the cap should have one of its eight lines of yellow piping facing directly to the front;
ii) my reconstruction of the three lines of piping on the peak is a pitiful two-dimensional job, which does not even meet up with the lines of piping on the main part of the cap.

Re: Quick Quizzes
Ok the whole frame doesn't appear and harlequin caps are a matter of personal taste as long as the colours are right. (Thanks for the hint). The cap is mainly out of view on my device. Of course b is the most offensive, so c for answer one, being a social club with chapters in oz. And b for answer 2 as I think 'quins was set up to rival IZ thus being younger. Though England touring teams would post date both, but you said organisations they represent.
