Actually mrsq is pretty happy. Loves Darwin and a month or so back home in England every year. If this shit lifts. And this ancient ruin gets to explore other ancient ruins. Now just got to convince her to but the boat.

Hey all, my father “Bradman” wasn’t all that tech savvy, but I’ve been seeing him active on this forum for the past 13 years or so— I doubt he knew I was aware. On February 28th of this year he passed away in hospital surrounded by me, his father and his three younger siblings. We didn’t really talk much leading up to it but I’d usually check into this forum to see what he was up to. Meant to update everyone around the time that it happens but unlike facebook, twitter etc. it was a bit more of a process verifying my account. Anyways, just thought I’d let all of you know so you’re not left in the dark— Was really nice seeing you all wish him a happy birthday despite his inactivity. Peace out

Damn.

He sent me a PM dated Feb 22 (just 6 days before his passing) suggesting that thing were pretty grim with his health. I had hoped that things may turn around for him, but it seems alas no.

RIP to an always interesting and thoughtful character. We locked horns once or twice but shared many PMs that confirmed he was a great chap with much compassion.

I have and will miss you, mate.
