Chappelli v Beefy - the 50 year feud

Did any Aus chappies or chappettes catch it on Nein last night?

Twas a bit of a beat up and I'm sure both were paid well to make on on-air appearance together.

Still, it boiled down to two silly old farts bagging one another to their faces.

Amusingly, the last 10 minutes once again lead to Beefy wanting to take Crappelli out to the car park to sort it out once and for all. The old Aussie fart just rolled his eyes and Beefy stormed off. End of show.

I didn't see it. Sounds about as riveting as watching two bluebottles dining at opposite ends of a turd, squaring up to each other who's disturbing the other's dinner.

I saw the movie, it was called "Grumpy Old Men"

I watched it. Was amused when they went on air together and there was stubborn silence. Also Chappelli gave no praise to any of Botham's shots when commentating. The obduracy of Chappell was much more pronounced.

They both carried on like pork chops...but for years Botham has been more ham than beef, and Chappell 100% proof pure mutton.
