There's a chance of rain in Sydney on friday as well. Could get a bit embarrasing for cricket Australia.

Oh Trev, how can weather cause an embarassment. It is, after all, nature and not in control of countries.
Re: India v Sri Lanka, CB series game 2, Brisbane, 5th Feb
Well it's an embarrasment for Australians who always like to boast to the English how much better their weather is. Can't remember the last time 2 odi's in a row were washed out in England.

I've done that as often as I've made a 'joke' about the English population's lack of personal hygiene. Well, once or twice more, but the fact is we DO get better weather overall. It's just one of those things - our weather's better, our cricketers are better (most of the time), our men are better looking . . .Batfink Begins wrote:Well, this is true tails, you do love to do that.Henry wrote:Well it's an embarrasment for Australians who always like to boast to the English how much better their weather is. Your opinion taileroonie. Not sure you can judge the last one, but there we go. I agree with the first and second however. Trev's point stands for now, then.

4 years later, not bad. I like 'peenie wallie', you should try some if you like Baileys. It's quite expensive though.
