How exactly are the West Indies a national threat to anyone? For starters, 'West Indies' isn't technically a 'nation' as such. How many Nukes do Islands like Jamaica have?? Did Guyana invade Iraq like one of the countries put near the bottom of the list?? Sure, 'West Indies' are really a greater threat to world peace than England

er, the ranking relates to personal safety whilst visiting those places.
