Re: House
They definitely need more of the "I broke my boyfriend while having sex with him" episodes they used to have.

Re: House
Of course. The show isn't brave enough to have a gay storyline. They only have straight sex, lesbians, and S&M. No gays allowed.

Testify.
Hopefully 13 isn't of the "once you've had black you never go back" school.

This post has taken me about 10 minutes to post this (by the time I logged on, fired up FB and read this thread. FFS).

Re: House
Well, I thought that this week's episode would redeem the show in my eyes. It was good, just like House used to be. The Chase/Cameron storyline was kind of annoying but it was still a good episode. Then the 'special guest' appeared right at the end. And I can just see this going downhill.

Aye, they've already explored the 'halllucinating character storyline' and minor variations thereof a few times. I can't see this being good.JB wrote:Then the 'special guest' appeared right at the end. And I can just see this going downhill.

It just reminded me of the Grey's Anatomy Izzie & Denny hallucinating storyline.

Re: House
Geez, you were a bit harsh, JB (which, of course, is your prerogative ).JB wrote:What a crappy episode, the suicide one. You'd think that an episode featuring Meatloaf and the death of one of the main characters would be entertaining but it was one of the worst of the season. I thought it was a powerful episode, especially House's non-acceptance that one of his team suicided, and turning it into a puzzle to be solved (as House always does). And either Meatloaf was well made up, or he's porked back on much of the weight that he lost.

And FWIW I think Meat Loaf Aday (as he was billed) has beefed back up.
And your thoughts on the 'surprise guest' at the end?

Or are you referring to epi 21, which I haven't seen yet?

Sorry, ep 21. I have a bugger of a head cold.
Serves me right for going to the S14 in Canberra on Friday night.

Re: House
First 41 minutes was good. I fear the last minute is leading the show down a very clilched path.
Probably better entertainment than this place will offer tonight.

I assume you are one of the 3 on his Ignore list (me, you and taips I think). So basically you see nothing he posts and vice versa?

Re: House
It's a pretty good deal.
I don't see what he says, or Bucky, and for quite some time, the demented old Roman. His most recent descent to the extremes of gibberish and hallucinogens was jsut too much for me.
Anyhoo, I'm off to bed, back to work tomorrow and would rather be rid of this cold.

Can't wait to hear what people think of the 'special guest' and to find out how the storyline plays out.
