Kallis classic was landing at one of the WI Islands and asking what altitude it was. I got this from one of the vice presidents of the UCBSA at the time.

Isn't there a famous incident where he looked out the window of a plane trying to spot the equator? Sure I've seen that from multiple sources.

How can people miss PMs when they get sent one? The whole screen bounces up and there's a big blue star on the PM link. Plus, you get an email alert.

The pop-up blocker at work blocks the PM alert.

I barely have the browser at full screen, hence I usually go to the top threads and skip any looks at the menu bar.

I don't check any e-mail account more than once a month.

Hope that clears it all up.

Simple. He didn't send me any PM. Pete thought that perhaps I didn't get the Chris Lewis crack. I merely infered in my previous post that I did get it.

Thats because like Danny, I also don't look out at the menu for PMs either. And the e-mail addy registered for the forum is one that I don't use regularly either. So I normally miss the alerts. Also my the forum at office won't show me the menubox images so the nice blue shiny bar is not really visible unless I open the pages at home late night sometimes..........

Also it is possible I might have been ignoring you.........
