I don't know which is worse - hyping a leggie up before you've even seen him play proper cricket, or beating him down. He looked pretty good the other night; good control, a smidgen of turn, and a cool head. Then again, it was only Twenty20. For an eighteen-year old, he looked very promising nonetheless. Durham have a good track record with young players, so I think that, if he's good enough, he has a fair chance of developing there.

I've given up even talking about young English leg spinners. Come on. Admit it. Who here was at least slightly excited when Schofield first came on to the scene?
