Seems like Solanki's going to get the job. Funnily enough, I mentioned a few years back that someone like Solanki - an excellent fielder who doesn't really bowl - should take up keeping as, if he was even half decent at it, he'd walk into the national side.

Shah has kept before during a couple of tour games (one-dayers, I think) for England. Couldn't tell you how well he went - judging by his overall fielding prowess, probably not great.

Well, it's Solanki. I have to be mildly overjoyed by this and that hardhands is possibly 'done for' so cricinfo reckon. Nico or Moutard will possibly be called up. appy dayz.
