Sehwag out of ODI series. Makes India's winning chances negligible !!

Mendis is a real mystery. India's best chance seems to go hammer and tongs against all bowlers, as they can't read Mendis even when trying to defend. Pack the side .with 7 batsmen and hope some of them click.

Its now when we're missing Tendulkar so much. He would've ensured that we won't lose too many top order wickets when get to face Mendis. Unfortunately for us thats not happening now.

India has now tried out 11 different opening combos in last 57 ODIs (9 century stands) it played since Jan-07.

Most frequent is Tendulkar-Ganguly who scored almost 1000 runs between them in 19 innings with 5 century and 2 half century stands.
