Also, our neighbourhood has renamed Monday "Gilo
Day" in honour of him, as that's the day we put our wheeliebins out on
the street to be emptied by the AmaDirtyDirty. Someone I know was
shocked the other day to discover that "gilo" isn't the official name
of that thingie on wheels. Said everyone at work called it that, after hearing the term from her...

Sadly not much support for this thread. In fact, mine is the first visit to it since yesterday. Perhaps I should set up a Gilo appreciation thread instead...
